Be strong and courageous, do not be frightened or dismayed.
Fear itself has a large shadow, but in reality is small.
Dear God,
Give me the courage not only to change things, but to accept things. Help me not to invite fear and anxiety of what lives in the future, but live in the present and keep my eyes on you.
